We own our two carrier-grade, Tier-1 and Tier-3 data centers, and we have unequaled fiber connectivity and on-net bandwidth utilizing Level3, Global Crossing, and Bright House so you can be assured of fast, reliable connectivity. Our facilities are manned 24/7/365 from our Network Operations Center (NOC) located right next to your servers. Our corporate offices, Tier-1, and Tier-3 carrier-grade data centers are located on the 16th and 7th floors of one of the nation's premier telco carrier buildings; Park Tower Building at 400 North Tampa Street in Tampa, Florida. These facilities offer our clients an unsurpassed level of security and accessibility. In addition to secured access from the ground floor to the elevators and at the E Solutions lobbies on the 7th and 16th floors, all doors within the Data Center require pass cards and, in critical locations, pin codes. Our Data Centers also feature state-of-the-art surveillance, including several dozen cameras throughout the facilities, 24/7/365 monitoring by on-site staff and locked customer cabinets. Cage space is also available upon client request.

Security at our Data Centers extends beyond restricted access and monitoring. As Tier 3 and Tier 1 Data Centers, our operations are built to physically withstand any disaster – whether natural or man-made.

OUR NETWORK:
Direct Fiber Connectivity and No Local Loops
HostingAmerica.com’s network starts with our physical location on two floors of one of the nation’s largest telco carrier buildings. HostingAmerica.com connects our network directly to our carriers which are also located in our building. We do not have local loops to off-site carriers. Our diverse connections with our carriers are enclosed our company owned conduit and run directly into our carrier's facilities. There is no risk of a construction accident cutting any of our network connectivity. HostingAmerica.com uses direct and redundant fiber optic connections to our Tier 1 carriers, Level 3, Global Crossing and Tier 2 Carrier Bright House Networks. We run on a Cisco Powered Network right on the backbone of our carriers and we do it with the utmost reliability and redundancy. • Our data centers are 100% Cisco Powered facilities that provide network uptime exceeding 99.999%
• HostingAmerica.com has fiber connectivity and on-net bandwidth with multiple Tier-1 carriers including Level 3, Global Crossing, and Bright House Networks.
• Our facilities are kept cool within an N+1 architecture including, (9)22-ton and (2)5-ton Liebert HVAC units with redundant glycol heat exchange systems. Data Center Temperature is maintained at 70°F and 40% humidity for maximum server reliability.
• Power is conditioned via redundant Liebert and MGE 225KVa UPS units are protecting your equipment in an N+1 parallel configuration. Distribution: multiple PDUs and sub feeds. Generator: Caterpillar 800kW Diesel with 5 day on site fuel supply with priority refueling contracts. ATS: 1600 amp at 480 volts ASCO automatic transfer switches with bypass isolation.
• Data Center security is of the upmost importance to us. Non-employees must pass through six points of security before reaching their equipment. All activity in our facilities is monitored and recorded via a Camera Surveillance system.
