Generator: Caterpillar 800kW Diesel with 5 day on site fuel supply with priority refueling contracts. ATS: 1600 amp at 480 volts ASCO automatic transfer switches with bypass isolation.
• Data Center security is of the upmost importance to us. Non-employees must pass through six points of security before reaching their equipment. All activity in our facilities is monitored and recorded via a Camera Surveillance system.

2. Bandwidth Monitoring System. We utilize an enterprise version of mRTG, and give every server client full access. We monitor your server in 5 minute cycles.
3. Choice of OS Installation. We offer a full array of Linux and Windows based distributions.
4. One Hour Hardware Replacement. We will replace any broken or non-functioning hardware items within one hour. Our high level of in-stock parts is at your disposal.
5. 24 /7/365 emergency access to management team.
6. Remote backup space using our AhSAY-based Backup service. This is a fully automated remote backup service that will keep 12 hour incremental backups of your data. You can feel safe knowing that there are remote backups just moments away from restore.
